This is a thrift store find; provenance unknown. It appears to have been recently framed. Frame is heavy and in excellent condition. Painting is of indeterminate age and authorship, but is also in excellent shape. To me, it looks like something that would have been done in the 1960s – 70s — strikes me as something an eccentric film / music producer would have in their Beverly Hills mansion during that era. Painting measures approximately 20×30″ and is framed to 27.5 x 36.5″ Painting is on canvas, which appears to have been adhesive-mounted on board or foam core.
