This Painting has been in a Italian Family estate forever Originally owned by A Ms. Alessandra Born in Rome she came here to U. Brollini had told her the painting was made by the hands of a Great Master Painter Named “Federico Barocci”. “The Resurrection Of Christ” it has his lighting, use of yellow almost golden sky (most of the time hiding faces or angels with in the background). In our painting just in the background of the yellow GLOW there has to be a few hundred people hidden with in the color WOW. That famous blue ball in which Christ FLOATS ON is also depicted in a rather controversial famous painting by Federico in which many have considered the object or globe to be a means of alien communication, his use of Grey’s and grey faces. His use of dark tone shading, depicted shadowing on the lower right side were you can see the devil dragging a man away and a faint figure of a HUGE bear of some sort just PURE EVIL above the fire devil dragging the man the bear has two men in his mouth all in the DARKNESS. That finger pointing that the angel is making that’s picking the women up from the floor is ICONIC also. This painting has tons of bible verse knowledge that took a Master of some sort to have had obtained Mentally & Visually and points towards a churches commission and is most likely what they would have wanted depicted. A CHURCH COMMISSIONED PAINTING OR UPPER CLASS MEMBER OF SOCIETY WOULD HAVE HAD THE FUNDS AND POWER TO HAVE SUCH A CANVAS WOVEN FOR THIS PIECE ZOOMING IN ON THE CORNER PICTURE YOU CAN SEE THIS IS A WOVEN CANVAS AND IT IS VERY DARK IN COLOR. BUT TRUST ME IF YOU LOOK YOU WILL NOTICE MORE AND MORE ONCE AGAIN MENT TO BE STUDIED YOU ALMOST DON’T WANT TO LEAVE THE PAINTING AS WITH ALL OF FEDERICO’S WORKS OF ART. Once again you can clearly tell this piece was so old it was TRANSFERRED to another canvas to protect it from future damage evidence in CORNER PHOTO THE FRONT SIDE CANVAS DOES MATCH FEDERICO’S TIME PERIOD.
