The young lady wears a green dress adorned with elaborate gilt decoration, bows, and white lace. She also wears a straw hat tilted sideways and decorated with matching bows. She is sitting next to a sheep with one hand on the sheeps head and the other holding her crook. The portrait appears to be unsigned and is an oil on canvas. This beautifully composed and delightfully colorful oil and magazine page collage on canvas measures 30 5/8″ x 22 3/8″ framed; 27 1/2″ x 19 1/4″ actual and is signed Figueroa lower left and on the back (along with the date 1963).
