Antique, late 19th to very early 20th century oil painting on canvas of a flock of sheep grazing in overall good condition, unsigned. As you can see from the images the painting has two small, thin scratches to the canvas which are not complete tears and are backed on the reverse side of the canvas (painting was acquired like this). Painting likewise shows some darkening from age. In the images taken without flash there appear to be some digitized “blue streaks”, this is a distortion of my camera and not in the actual painting. Painting is an an antique, double frame which shows wear and dusting and has a cord and is ready for hanging. Entire piece including the frame measures approximately 17 3/4 x 14 3/4 inches.
