Kharkiv is an artist and a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1999). He graduated from the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute 1985, teachers E. He worked in the section of monumental painting of the Kharkiv Art and Production Complex (1985-91), from 1991 – on creative work. Since 1985 he has taken part in all-Union and all-Ukrainian exhibitions. Personal – 1998 (Kharkiv). Works in the field of monumental and decorative art and painting, uses fantastic motifs.
